Phone service portal support $45 per year for setup and upload of greetings to phone system portal. If you also use our On Hold Music/Messages this support service is free.
If additional voice recordings(more than 3 as included) are needed it will cost and additional $35 per additional message depending on number of words.

These files use the same female voice as is used for the on hold productions for consistency with the Express Pros On Hold Plans. This is a one time charge. As long as you are using our on hold services we will handle uploading and managing these files on your phone service portal at no extra charge. If you don't use our Express On Hold Plans you can select the Phone Provider Support for $45 per year which includes us uploading and managing the files for your phone service. Please call for additional questions or clarification.
