POH Express Pros Plans include 5-8 custom Express related messages (paragraphs) in each audio production.These audio productions are updated quarterly. In addition, you can use our Christmas production which people use between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve.

Corporate writes the script and we produce it using our top level voice talents. Each message contains information about Express offices. In addition, you can add specific information about your office depending on the options that you choose. Our quarterly plans keep your callers up to date with what's happening with Express at a fraction of the normal on hold pricing. After paying for this service, you will immediately be able to download our basic thank you for holding messages and then we will email you the final product within 5 business days with the final audio file that is customized for your phone system. We will contact you to make sure that we are providing the correct file type and format for your specific phone system.
